Nordic Cookery goes to Western Jutland

Nordic Cookery is a tv-show focusing on the Nordic cuisine where the Swedish chef Tareq Taylor travels in the Nordic countries. He cooks outside under the open sky with local produced ingredients and he visits local food enthusiasts and food producers.

I this episode he goes to Ringkøbing and around Ringkøbing Fjord. He meets up with Bent Gråkjær from Kulinarisk Vestjylland, Erling Bonde from Økogårdene, Justine de Valicourt from Vestjyllands Højskole and Alex Munck from Stauning Whisky. He cooks in Lønborg overlooking Skjern Meadows, in the rose garden at Laubjergs Planteskole and at Dejbjerg Heath.
