Jens and I recommend Restaurant Bøffen in Ringkøbing because we found the foods they prepare for their guests to be delicious and of a superb quality. The food there is made from fresh local produce, it’s very well cooked, and the place just oozes charm.
When we visited the place with our family on a summer night, we all ordered different dishes and we were all very satisfied. The tenderloin was perfectly cooked, the cockerel was juicy, and the hake was very very tasty.
All the dishes were accompanied with elegant sides. The new potatoes were perfectly seasoned with salt, there was a vegetable purée, and the fresh lean summer carrots were crisp and sweet. It was a really great dining experience which we are happy to pass on to others; and it doesn’t hurt with a smiling and dedicating chef and a welcoming staff!
